Managing a project in an Agile way creates flexibility and focuses on the delivered functionality. Using Agile, teams quickly deliver value, and get direct feedback from the customer, all the while working within fixed time and budget scopes. Within the Agile Project Management framework we will look at the entire project lifecycle, from concept to project handover, in an Agile way. You will get to know the Agile philosophy and its impact Project Management. Various Agile methodologies will be explained, as well as the effect of their accompanying roles and responsibilities within Agile Project Management.
In order to provide you with the hands-on knowledge to create a solid foundation with your team, the training takes a detailed look at the Agile Foundations. These foundations form the core of every Agile team and provide the team with direction and focus. During this training, you will establish your own foundations with the help of our trainers.
To put all the theory into practice, various interactive exercises have been integrated into this training. You will practice with the creation of backlog, establishing priorities and with the entire process a team goes through, including roles and responsibilities.

This training will provide you with the foundation to start working Agile. As such, the training will provide you with a clear understanding why Agility will help you and your organization, as well an understanding of the different methodologies that can be applied within the Agile domain. The cycle of Agile project management will be discussed in detail, including the roles and responsibilities you need to organize your team.
Furthermore, the actual foundations you need to start working Agile will be discussed and experienced, so you can apply them in real life. After this training, you will be able to complete the Agile Foundation Exam, provided by the Agile Consortium.
