Managing a project in an Agile way creates flexibility and focuses on the delivered functionality. Using Agile, teams quickly deliver value and get direct feedback from the customer, all the while working within fixed time and budget scopes.
Within the Agile Project Management framework we will look at the entire project lifecycle, from concept to project handover, in an Agile way. You will get to know the Agile philosophy and its impact on Project Management. Several Agile methodologies will be explained, as well as the accompanying roles and responsibilities within Agile Project Management.
In order to provide you with the hands-on knowledge to create a solid starting point with your team, the training takes a detailed look at the Agile Foundations. These foundations form the core of every Agile team and provide the team with direction and focus. During this training, you will establish your own foundations with the help of our trainers.
To put all the theory into practice, various interactive exercises have been integrated into this training. You will practice with the creation of backlog, establishing priorities and with the entire process a team goes through, including roles and responsibilities.
