Who we are

We have launched the Weniversity label to encourage the exchange of skills and knowledge by our clients and among our ecosystem.

Weniversity is the innovative ecosystem aiming to encourage training and transfer of competences in another way. We are strongly convinced that knowledge transfer goes with practice.

We support your Agile transformation and strengthen your drive for innovation to help you remain the leader of tomorrow.

Markets are evolving fast. Companies need to be entrepreneurial, competitive and even disruptive to keep pace. At the same time, they need to be human, collaborative and open to spark creativity.

It is the mission of Wemanity to bridge the gap between the innovative and entrepreneurial startup mentality and the need to sustain, evolve and strengthen existing business models.

We strive for Agile in the broadest sense of the word: Agile Organizations, Agile People, Agile Innovation.

Transformations require a shift in existing paradigms. Without these shifts a transformation will be hard to implement.

Weniversity takes the first step in changing the calcified paradigms by providing the participants with new awareness required to achieve that shift.

With this newly attained awareness they will no longer be dragging behind the transformation but they will lead it.

Our ecosystem

Wemanity offers a unique ecosystem, combining the best international Agile and Lean Startup specialists and trainers with seven startups in the fields of IoT, Chatbots, Artificial Intelligence, and Learning Games.

This perfect blend of skills and methods ensures quality and consistency through the entire process of transformation.
